		<description>If you suffer from hypoglycemic unawarness this is a very real problem.  I know of two people who died during sleep from hypos.  I wouldn't be typing this if not for my wife who has saved me more than once!

The tighter you run your BS, the more you increase your risk of hypoglycemic unawarness.
So, you run to high or to low, you loose either way!</description>
